1917（24.8） Registered A.R. cover from Hankow to Weihaiweih，bearing Junks（4 Pcs，totally 24c），with（29.8） PEKING bilingual dater，（1.9） CHEFOO central box dater，reverse with“R”registration chop，obverse h.s.“AR”，clear cancellations； a special rate for colony was applied to Weihaiwei，so its flat mail rate is 1c higher，and registration rate twice as large as native one，a very rare Weihaiwei double registered envelope.
